Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for listed companies, Guinness Nigeria Plc. (the Company) hereby notifies NGX and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday 13thFebruary 2026, approved the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the 18-month period ended 31stDecember 2025, and same shall be filed on or before 28thFebruary 2026.
Consequently, the closed period earlier communicated for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders and their connected persons, directly or indirectly shall continue until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
