Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public are hereby informed that Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc's ("fhe C ompony") Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended December 3l, 2025, was approved by the Board of Directors on January 27, 2026, however, other requisite approvals required tor the publication of the AFS by March 1, 2026, are yet to be received.
In view of fhe foregoing, the Securities and Exc hange Commission has granted the Company an extension of time to file the Results on or before March 31, 2026, subject to the Company's receipt of oil requisite approvals.
However, kindly be assured thot the Company's AFS would be released to the market immediately all requisite approvals ore received.
