NOTIFICATION OF CLOSED PERIOD AND BOARD MEETING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY'S UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT MARCH 31, 2026.
Logos, London - March 27, 2026: Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for quoted companies and the disclosure obligations of the London Stock Exchange, Guaranty Trust Holding Company plc ("the Company") hereby informs the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026.
Accordingly, in compliance with the NGX post-listing requirements, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares by insiders, which commenced on January l , 2026, will continue and will expire 24 hours after the announcement of the results.
The Company will notify the market of the decisions reached after the meeting.
