As the Company is planning a major cooperation matter which may result in a change of control of GUANGXI HUAXI NONFERROUS METAL CO., LTD., pursuant to relevant provisions and upon the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended from the market opening on the morning of September 14, 2026, with an expected suspension of no more than 2 trading days.
