Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 29th April, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of 3 Rights Equity Share for every 1 fully paid-up Equity Shares held by the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company on Rights basis ("Rights Issue").
