Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, upon the application of GRINM SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIALS CO., LTD., the Company's shares will be suspended from trading from the opening of the market on August 31, 2026, in connection with the proposed share issuance and cash payment for asset acquisition and raising of supporting funds and related party transactions. The suspension is expected to last for no more than 5 trading days.
