As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the relevant parties are actively advancing all work related to the Transaction, and the Company is expected to be unable to resume trading from the opening of the market on the morning of September 7, 2026. Given that the Transaction is still subject to uncertainties, pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and upon the Company's application, trading of the Company's shares will continue to be suspended from the opening of the market on the morning of September 7, 2026. The continued suspension period is expected not to exceed five trading days.
