Greentech Metals Limited (ASX: GRE) (Greentech or Company) advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, and subsection 329 (5) of the Corporations Act 2001 and having received consent of the Australia Securities and Investments Commission , BDO Audit Pty Ltd have resigned as Auditor of the Company. Pursuant to s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 and in accordance with Regulatory Guide section RG26.59-26.61 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission , the resignation takes effect from the date of this notice. The Company has received a consent to act and the Board has appointed, HLB Mann Judd as the incoming auditor. The Board decided to change auditor after a consultation process and selected HLB Mann Judd based upon their reputation and experience, particularly within the resources sector.
