(TSX: GFP) (“ GreenFirst ” or the “ Company ”) is providing the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors, which took place at the Company’s Annual General Meeting which was held virtually on May 4, 2026. A total of 13,488,022 common shares were voted by proxy at the meeting representing 58.27% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares.
