Extraordinary Announcement by Graphisoft Park SE regarding the dividend approved by the General Meeting The Company hereby informs its Shareholders and the capital market participants that the General Meeting, currently in session, has adopted the following resolution regarding the dividend to be paid by the Company. The Company will pay a dividend of 1.83 EUR per share on its Series "A" ordinary shares. The Company will publish a detailed announcement regarding the dividend payment by May 15, 2026.
