Considering the lack of work and materials and the rising cost of raw
materials in the construction industry world widely, the construction
cost has increased, and the PKL production line plant has been
incorporated into the fermentation production line plant, the BOD
have authorized the Chairman to increase the phase 1 construction budget
but will not exceed NT$770 million, for the new Pingzhen factory
(Yongfeng Factory).(This authorization amount is the update of Material
