Grant of Options to PDMR
Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused private capital asset manager with over £2.2billion of assets under management, announces that on 12 October 2026 pursuant to the 2024 Mercia Employee Share Plan (the "ESP"), options ("Options") over 600,000 Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the share capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") were awarded to a number of senior employees of the Company at an exercise price of 30.5 pence per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 12 October 2026). These Options will, subject to the satisfaction of a performance condition, vest in three equal tranches on the third, fourth and fifth anniversary of the date of grant of the Options.
Following the grant of the Options above, the Company has an aggregate of 27,119,097 vested and unvested options in issue, equating to 6.21% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
