Grant of Options
The Company announces that it granted 50,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p
in the Company, under the Discretionary Share Option Scheme, to John Mackay, who
is a Non Executive Director of the Company. The options were granted on 20th
January 2005 and are exercisable between five and ten years from the date of the
grant at a price of 82.5 pence per share.
