The company's board of directors resolved to approve employee and director
compensation.
(1)Employee compensation amount:NT$788 thousand.
(2)Director's remuneration amount:No dispense.
The difference between the above resolutions and the amount of expenses
recognized in 2021 is NT$1 thousand. The reason for the difference is the
difference in estimated amounts at the end of 2021. After the actual
amount approved by the shareholders' meeting in 2022, if it have a
difference from the amount recognized in the financial report of 2021,
it is regarded as a change in accounting estimates and recognized
as profit or loss in 2022.
