Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, Directors and Promoters from 1st October 2025. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Compnay for the Quarter ending on 30th September 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
