Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading(Regulation 2015, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated employees and their imediate relative, Directors & Promoters from 1st July, 2025. The Trading window will open in 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter ending 30 th June 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
