Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all designated Employees and their immediate relatives, Directors & Promoters from 01st January, 2025. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2024 to the Stock Exchange.
