Raising of funds through issuance of 6,63,51,000 (Six Crore Sixty-Three Lakhs Fifty-One Thousand) warrants having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at an issue price of Rs. 12.96/- (Rupees Twelve and Ninety-Six Paise Only) including premium of Rs. 2.96/- for each Share Warrant, aggregating up to Rs. 85,99,08,960 (Rupees Eighty-Five Crore Ninety-Nine Lakhs Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Only), by way of preferential issue to the proposed Allottees in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, and such other statutory and regulatory approvals as may be applicable.
