The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held for consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025.
