The Management Board of Gobarto Spółka Akcyjna (formerly under the business name of "Polski Koncern Mięsny DUDA Spółka Akcyjna") with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter "the Company"), informs that today, based on the Information Equivalent to the Current Excerpt from the Register of Entrepreneurs presenting the status as of 10/10/2016 (Printout Id: RP/94093/70/20161010082555), the Management Board has been informed about registration on 07/10/2016 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13thBusiness Division of the National Court Register of the amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company by revoking its previous wording and adopting a new wording of the Articles of Association of the Company, including the amendment of the Company's business name from the existing "Polski Koncern Mięsny DUDA Spółka Akcyjna"into "GOBARTO Spółka Akcyjna".
The amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company was made under Resolution no. 22/22/06/2016 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 22 June 2016 the adoption of which was notified by the Issuer by means of Current Report no. 17/2016 of 23 June 2016.
The Management Board of the Company presents the current wording of the Articles of Association of the Company in the Appendix.
