("GlobeeCom") (TSX Venture: GBC) announces that today it signed a distribution
agreement with E-brid, a company specialized in e-training and in the design
of training content, with a view to promoting, marketing, integrating and
providing support for the GlobeeMeeting(R) and GlobeeCom solution amongst
major companies and multinationals, service providers, and commercial clients
throughout Canada. Over the upcoming 24 months, this distribution agreement
should incrementally provide GlobeeCom with revenues of $250,000.
E-brid, a division of Multihexa (Montreal & Laval), has its own centre of
competence to support and coordinate design, documentation, distribution of
information and on-line training. Additionally, E-brid is developing new
Internet areas of activity that provide a value added component to the main
field of activities.
