distribution of its technologies with Tebicom S.A., based in Fribourg,
Switzerland, and the signing on of two new distributors for the French market,
via its master-distributor Inersis Technologies, based in Paris, France.

Technologies Service, a company that focuses on the design and deployment of
NITC projects, on support and implementation of high bandwidth
infrastructures, on auditing trends in the development of information and
communication systems, on the implementation of Web, extranet and internet
services, on network architecture, security and administration and on the
operation of systems and networks.
