Please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited, will be held on Monday, April 27th, 2026 at 11:00am at Karachi and via video link, for the consideration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31st, 2026.
The Company has declared a closed period from April 21*t, 2026, to April 27*h, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Substantial Shareholder, and any other Executives of the Company or their spouses shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
