Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform you that electronic connectivity of Depository viz, National securities Depository Limited (NSDL) have been changed from Canbank Computer Services limited to BgSE Financials Limited on 28th January 2025, consequent to the change Canbank will stop acting as R&T agent for electronic connectivity and BgSE will commence as R&T agent on 28th January 2025. Letter received from NSDL in connection with change in RTA dated 28th January 2025 is enclosed.
