Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT)Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financials result for quarter ending 31st December, 2024. During the closure of Trading Window all designated persons of the Company have been advised not to deal in Equity shares of the Company.
