This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Ghani ChemWorld Limited (the Company / GCWL) will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at its registered office to consider matters other than financial results.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from March 09, 2026, to March 13, 2026 (both days inclusive, till announcement of the board's decision) as required under Clause 5.6. 1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or ExecuDve shall directly/ indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
