To adopt and approve the notice of 06th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the F.Y. 2025-2026; 2. To finalize the date of Book Closure for purpose of the forthcoming 06th Annual General Meeting; 3. To finalize the date, venue and time for convening the 06th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 4. To consider and approve the Directors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2026. 5.
