Further to the notice issued by Geregu Power Plc (the Company) on 9 January 2026 announcing the postponement of its earlier scheduled Board Meeting, the Company hereby notifies the public that the Board of Directors will now meet on Thursday, 15th January 2026.

Amongst the items on the agenda of meeting is the consideration and approval of Audited Financial Statements & Accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2025
