Appointment of Company Secretary
The Board of Directors of Geregu Power Plc ("the Company") wishes to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited and the public of the appointment of StructureHQ ("SHQ Legal") as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to the Company, effective 16th October 2025, following the resignation of the erstwhile Company Secretary, Mr. Akinleye Olagbende.
