The Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A. examined and approved today the Report on Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Paid, in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998. The report will be submitted to the upcoming Shareholders' Meeting and published within the timeframe and methods required by law.
The Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A. has also reviewed and approved today the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, in accordance with Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998. The report will be published within the timeframe and methods required by law.
CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETINGThe Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A. has resolved today to convene the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for April
22nd, 2026 at the Company's registered office, located in via Feltrina Centro 16, Biadene di Montebelluna (TV).
The Notice of Call and the Explanatory Reports on the agenda items will be made available to the public within the timeframe required by applicable regulations at the Company's website www.geox.biz, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/April 2026 Meeting, on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.it), and at the Company's registered office.
