Genivar increases its service offering in the oil and gas industry by way of the acquisition of GRB Engineering Ltd.

MONTREAL, March 1, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Inc. (TSX: GNV) ("GENIVAR" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the acquisition of GRB Engineering Ltd. ("GRB"), a Calgary-based, engineering firm specializing in engineering services and project management for the oil and gas industry. This acquisition adds 80 people to GENIVAR.
