MONTREAL, May 23 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Income Fund is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an amendment to its credit facilities (the "Facility"). This amendment provides for, among other things:
- the increase of the operating line from Cdn. $55,000,000 to Cdn. $80,000,000; - greater flexibility regarding the incurrence of capital expenditures; and - greater flexibility with respect to the consummation of acquisitions by GENIVAR.
