MONTREAL, July 27, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Inc. (TSX: GNV) ("GENIVAR" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ontario-based Dakins Engineering Group Ltd. ("Dakins"), an instrumentation control and automation systems consulting engineering firm specialized in water and wastewater management. This acquisition adds 15 people to GENIVAR's workforce.
