MONTREAL, March 3 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Inc. ("GENIVAR") (TSX: GNV) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Decibel Consultants Inc. ("Decibel"), an engineering consulting firm based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec and specializing in architectural acoustics and industrial/environmental noise measurement and control. This acquisition adds 13 employees to GENIVAR's workforce.
