GB Energy 40m investment and DESNZ 46.5m grant
ITM Power plc has secured a significant £40 million investment from Great British Energy and a £46.5 million grant from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to establish a 1 GW Chronos electrolyser manufacturing line in the UK. Furthermore, we have received a letter from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero ("DESNZ") confirming their intention to award us a grant of £46.5 million (the "Grant")*. The Subscription and the Grant will support the establishment of operational capability to manufacture our next-generation Chronos electrolyser stack technology (the "Project").
