Appointment of new Non-Executive Director
ITM Power plc has announced a change in its Board representation from Linde, with Oleg Williamson appointed as a Non-Executive Director effective June 24, 2026, replacing Matthias von Plotho who resigned on the same day. Williamson, who joined Linde in 2022 and has extensive corporate treasury experience, does not currently hold any ordinary shares in ITM Power. 25 June 2026 ITM Power plc Change of Linde Board Representative ITM Power is pleased to announce that Oleg Williamson has been appointed a Non-Executive Director effective from 24 June 2026. He replaces Matthias von Plotho, who has resigned from the Board on the same day. Matthias has served as Linde's nominated Board representative since January 2025. Oleg joined Linde in 2022 as Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer. Previous to Linde, Oleg has held senior corporate treasury positions at several large industrial multinationals across three continents.
