1. In view of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Afcons Infrastructure Limited - a company listed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) had entered into a Charterparty dated 24.04.2026 to take one of the Company''s vessels on charter for a period of 75 days w. e. f. 18.05.2026. The Company states that Afcons Infrastructure Limited has defaulted in payment of inter alia charter hire (for July 2026), catering expenses and demobilization fees which remain long overdue.''2. As a result, the Company has, through its Advocate, issued a Demand Notice / Invoice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, to Afcons Infrastructure Limited, for the outstanding amount of Rs.3,04,59,761.44 plus interest totalling to Rs,3,16,20,074.44 (upto 28.09.2026).
