5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)Our company handled the cash capital increase and issuance of new shares
of 17,000,000 shares was under the Financial Supervisory Commission
approval No.1100379092, dated January 26, 2022.
(2)In view of the recent capital market environmental changes, to ensure the
success of the capital increase plan of the Company and along with the
consideration of the Company's benefits and shareholders' interests, the
Company has applied for a three-month extension of the offering period
for issuance of common shares of cash capital increase to July 25, 2022
with the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) , and the application
for the extension has been approved by the FSC in the
Jin-Guan-Zheng-Fa-ZI No.1110136063 Letter dated April 18, 2022 on record.
