5.Cause of occurrence:
The Originally scheduled for 4-day lockdown from 2022/4/1
to 2022/4/5 of G-SHANK's subsidiaries, SHANGHAI G-SHANK and
SHANGHAI G-SHANK PRECISION HARDWARE has been suspend
due to local serious epidemic situaction.
All the enterprises are required to temporarily stop production,
we will announce the resuming time after local government lift
the restrictions.
6.Countermeasures:
The subsidiaries as above will continue to pay close attention
to the epidemic situation and our employees' health and
comply to local government's regulations.

The subsidiaries as above will adjust the capacity and contact
with customers to reschedule the delivery to minimize the impact.
