Notice concerning the Impact of the Earthquake in the Aso Region, Kumamoto Prefecture
At approximately 6:01 PM on November 25, 2025, an earthquake occurred with its epicenter in the Aso region of Kumamoto Prefecture (depth approximately 9 km, magnitude 5.8 (provisional value announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency)).
Regarding the impact of this earthquake on the properties owned by Fukuoka REIT Corporation (FRC), we have confirmed that there was no significant damage affecting operations or personal injuries.
Should any new damage or other issues affecting operational status be identified in the future, we will report accordingly.
