Fukuoka REIT Corporation (FRC) announces that it will submit a shelf registration statement for investment corporation bonds as described below.
Overview of the Shelf Registration Statement to be submitted
Planned Issue Amount: 100 billion yen
Shelf Registration Submission Date: November 28, 2025 (scheduled)
Planned Issuance Period: From December 7, 2025 to December 6, 2027
Use of Funds: Funds are planned to be appropriated for the acquisition of specified assets (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended)), construction fee, refund funds for lease and guarantee deposits, repayment of borrowings, redemption of investment corporation bonds (including short-term investment corporation bonds), working funds, etc. (scheduled)
