The move includes relocation of key decision makers who are now located in our offices in Japan and France,, where our legal entities are registered. This adjustment is to ensure compliance with certain regulatory requirements, to further our on-going market presence in Japan and Asia, as well as forward the FCE transformation to increase agility and ensure our governance that fully supports our global long-term ambitions. This organizational adjustment does not change our commitment to our customers and partners.
