In this role, she will lead the Group's global communications and public affairs strategy Send by email Copy link Copy text Caroline Sasia takes over the Group's Communications and Public Affairs responsibilities from Victoria Chanial, who will leave the Group to pursue new professional opportunities. As part of this organizational evolution, responsibility for Sustainability (CSR) will now be led by Carla Gohin, Executive Vice President, Group Chief Strategy Officer, ensuring strong alignment between innovation, engineering and FORVIA's sustainability commitments. Based in Nanterre, Caroline will report directly to Martin Fischer, FORVIA's Chief Executive Officer. "I am delighted to welcome Caroline to FORVIA and confident she'll be instrumental at a key moment for our Group. Her deep experience in complex, fast-moving industrial environments, combined with her strong leadership in communications and public affairs, will be invaluable in further strengthening the Group's influence and visibility", said Martin Fischer. "I would also like to extend my warm thanks to Victoria Chanial for her leadership and her decisive role in shaping the FORVIA Group. We wish her the very best for the future". Caroline is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris with a DEA in Political Studies and brings to FORVIA more than 25 years of leadership experience in communication, innovation ecosystems and public affairs, built across major international industrial and technological groups. Her career spans the semiconductor, deeptech and automotive sectors spending over 20 years at Groupe Renault and within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, where she held senior roles driving transformation, innovation and communication.
