Permit issued to TD Spirits Holding Company advances planned production platform supporting ASCC’s beverage-growth strategy
BELLAIRE, Texas — September 21, 2026 — Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCID: ASCC), a Texas-based brand management and beverage company, today announced that TD Spirits Holding Company, LLC has received a state distillery permit for the planned Heart of Texas Distillery in Brady, Texas.
The permit represents an important regulatory milestone for the approximately 14,000-square-foot facility located in downtown Brady. ASCC plans to work with TD Spirits to utilize the facility as part of its longer-term beverage-production strategy, subject to the completion of definitive production arrangements, operational preparations, financing and all remaining regulatory requirements.
The planned operation is expected to provide production, rectification and bottling capabilities for select spirits products. ASCC believes access to the permitted facility could provide greater production flexibility, reduce reliance on outside producers, accelerate product development and support the expansion of existing and future beverage initiatives.

The issuance of the permit does not mean that commercial production has commenced. ASCC expects to announce additional milestones as the facility progresses toward operational readiness.
