APPROVAL OF FIRST HOLDCO PLC'S GROUP AUDITED CONSOLIDATED AND SEPARATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025
This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors of First HoldCo Plc ("the Company") met on Monday, March 9, 2026, and approved the Group's Audited and Separate Financial Statements ("the Results") for the year ended December 31, 2025 and the payment of dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria ('CBN'). The announcement of the Results shall be made upon the Company's receipt of CBN's approval.
Consequently, the Closed Period declared by the Company from January 1, 2026, will continue till twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 are filed via the Issuers' Portal of NGX, in line with Rule 17.18 (a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (As amended) (Issuers' Rules).
