("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, today approved the consolidated results as of 31 March 2026.

The Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fiera Milano, Francesco Conci, commented: "The results achieved in the first quarter of 2026 highlight a particularly strong growth, both in terms of revenues and profitability, and provide tangible confirmation of the strength of the path undertaken by the Group in recent years. This performance reflects a combination of factors, including a favourable exhibition calendar and the contribution from activities related to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, but above all it demonstrates the progressive evolution of our operating model, which is now more balanced and increasingly focused on medium- to long-term value creation. Against a macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop that continues to be characterised by significant uncertainty and limited visibility, the Group has

‌1For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that the net financial position including IFRS 16 lease liability amounted to €168.6 million as of 31 March 2026,

compared to €163.9 million as of 31 December 2025.

demonstrated solid adaptability while maintaining a strong growth trajectory. Owned and hosted exhibitions remained broadly in line with the previous year, while a meaningful contribution also came from the expansion of the Group's perimeter: in particular, the most recent acquisitions are beginning to deliver on their potential, with encouraging signs both in terms of integration and operating performance, as demonstrated by the results achieved by Expotrans and the initial contribution from Stipa. In light of the positive performance recorded in the first quarter, the stronger-than-expected contribution from Olympic-related activities and the progress achieved in integrating the recently acquired companies, we considered it appropriate to revise upwards the guidance for the 2026 financial year, now expecting revenues in the range of €380-400 million and EBITDA between

€100-110 million. This represents a significant upgrade compared to previous guidance and reflects not only the results achieved in the first months of the year, but also improved visibility on the Group's key growth drivers. At the same time, we continue to strengthen our international positioning through initiatives aimed at expanding both our portfolio and our presence in higher-potential markets. In this context, key developments include the consolidation of strategic partnerships, such as the renewal of the agreement with IFEMA Madrid for the co-organization of Fruit Attraction, as well as the awarding of CES Unveiled Europe 2026, the European edition of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world's leading event for technological innovation. These achievements confirm the Group's ability to attract major international events and to develop increasingly integrated and global exhibition platforms. Over the coming months, we will continue to focus on strengthening our event portfolio, integrating recently acquired companies and further evolving our service offering, with the objective of consolidating our ability to capture new growth opportunities. In a continuously evolving environment, we remain fully committed to the execution of our strategic plan and to the creation of sustainable value for all stakeholders, also through the ongoing strengthening of our governance and compliance framework, as evidenced by the achievement of the maximum legality rating."

RESULTS AS OF 31 MARCH 2026

In the first three months of 2026, Consolidated Revenues amounted to €126.4 million, increasing by €62.7 million compared to the first three months of 2025. During the period, 20 exhibitions were held (17 in Italy and 3 abroad, of which 10 owned and 10 hosted), together with 13 congress events, for a total of 369,345 square metres of occupied exhibition space.

The increase in revenues was mainly attributable to the XXV Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, both in relation to the use of the venues and the development of temporary infrastructure at the Rho exhibition site, as well as the use of the Milan venue designated as the Main Media Centre.

Revenue performance also benefited significantly from a more favourable exhibition calendar, driven by the presence, in even-numbered years, of the hosted biennial exhibition Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, as well as from the increase in logistics and exhibition fitting services revenues following the acquisitions of the Expotrans Group in the second quarter of 2025 and Stipa S.p.A. in the first quarter of 2026.

Revenues generated by the Italian Exhibitions Business in the first three months of the year amounted to €98.2 million, up by €45.4 million compared to the first quarter of 2025.

During the first three months of the year, 17 exhibitions were held in Italy. In January, Fiera Milano organized the third edition of Milano Home, the exhibition dedicated to contemporary living, which featured more than 750 brands and attracted over 30,000 visitors. Running concurrently was Quick&More - Home Supplies Exhibition, the event dedicated to the distribution of household articles, holiday decorations and giftware aimed at retailers. This was followed by PTE - Promotion Trade Exhibition, the event dedicated to the promotional products sector, which brought together 125 exhibitors, 37% of which were international. Also in January, two hosted exhibitions took place. Milano Unica, with more than 700 participating companies overall, recorded a 25% increase in the number of European exhibitors and a significant rise in international buyers. MIDO, the international eyewear exhibition, occupied 7 halls and hosted approximately 1,200 exhibitors. The exhibition welcomed around 42,000 attendees from over 160 countries.

February saw the debut edition of Fashion Link Milano. MICAM Milano, Milano Fashion&Jewels, MIPEL, Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni and TheOneMilano collectively showcased 1,777 brands, 45% of which came from abroad. The event demonstrated how synergies among different yet complementary exhibitions can generate tangible value for the fashion industry. Closing figures confirmed this success, with a total of 46,000 visitors. In addition, Fiera Milano hosted Lineapelle, the international exhibition dedicated to leather, accessories, components, fabrics, synthetics and models, featuring 705 exhibitors and approximately 16,000 industry professionals. During February, Fiera Milano also organized BIT - Borsa Internazionale del Turismo, which hosted 250 exhibitors from 54 countries. The month also featured MyPlant & Garden and Filo. The former, the international exhibition for the horticulture and floriculture industry, welcomed 800 brands and 28,000 trade operators. Filo, meanwhile, remains the only international exhibition dedicated exclusively to excellence in yarns and fibres.

In March, Fiera Milano hosted the 44th edition of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE), a leading event for technological innovation and the transition towards more efficient and sustainable solutions. The exhibition welcomed more than 1,400 exhibitors and 120,000 visitors at the Rho exhibition centre, with over 35% coming from abroad.

March also saw the first edition of SEAQUIP - Mediterranean Yacht & Marine Equipment Trade, the exhibition dedicated to marine components and accessories, as well as the 22nd edition of Fa' la cosa giusta!, the national exhibition focused on responsible consumption and sustainable lifestyles, which attracted 65,000 visitors, representing growth of more than 20% compared to the previous year.

On international markets, revenues generated by the Foreign Exhibitions Business in the first quarter of 2026 amounted to €3.0 million, increasing by €0.8 million compared to €2.2 million in the first quarter of 2025. The change was mainly attributable to the presence during the period of Fruit Attraction São Paulo, the leading international exhibition for the fruit and vegetable market in Latin America organized by the Brazilian subsidiary, which recorded 18,400 visitors from 60 countries and the participation of 450 brands. In this context, the agreement between IFEMA Madrid and Fiera Milano Brasil for the co-organization of the exhibition was renewed through 2033. The positive performance also included the Investec Cape Town Art Fair (ICTAF), the leading contemporary art fair in Africa organized by the South African subsidiary. The eleventh edition, held in February, featured 126 galleries from 34 countries and 490 artists, attracting approximately 34,000 visitors. In March, international activities continued in China with the Chengdu International Industry Fair.

The Congress Business recorded revenues of €18.9 million in the first three months of the year, compared to

€10.5 million in the first quarter of 2025. The increase of €8.4 million was mainly attributable to revenues generated by the use of the Milan venue (Allianz MiCo) as the Main Media Centre for the XXV Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games. In this context, the Congress Centre hosted media broadcasting activities, including the production, management and distribution of audiovisual content for international broadcasters. These revenues more than offset the non-occurrence of certain congress events due to the temporary unavailability of the venue spaces. The

positive change also included revenues from the subsidiary MiCo DMC, whose consolidation scope changed from the equity method to full consolidation.

Finally, in April it was announced that Allianz MiCo will host CES Unveiled Milan on 21 October, the official European stop of the Road to CES, the promotional event linked to CES (Consumer Electronics Show), the world's leading exhibition for technological innovation held annually in Las Vegas.

Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter amounted to €50.1 million, up by €38.1 million compared to the figure recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (€12.1 million). The increase reflects the previously mentioned positive revenue performance and was partially offset by higher overhead and personnel costs related to the acquisitions of the Expotrans Group and Stipa, completed respectively in the second quarter of 2025 and in the first quarter of 2026.

EBIT for the first quarter of 2026 amounted to €36.8 million, compared to a negative €0.4 million recorded in the first quarter of 2025. The increase of €37.2 million reflects the EBITDA performance, partially offset by higher depreciation and amortization expenses. Financial management showed a negative balance of €2.4 million, compared to a negative €3.1 million in the first quarter of 2025. The positive change of €0.7 million was mainly attributable to higher interest income on cash investments and lower financial expenses related to leased assets. Net profit as of 31 March 2026 amounted to €27.7 million, up by €30.9 million compared to a net profit of (€3.2) million in the first quarter of 2025.

Net Financial Position as of 31 March 2026, excluding IFRS 162 lease liabilities, showed a net financial availability of €145.1 million, compared to a net financial availability of €157.2 million as of 31 December 2025. The decrease of €12.2 million was mainly related to the corporate acquisitions completed during the quarter under review and was partially offset by the positive cash flow generated by operating activities during the period, as well as by advances relating to future exhibitions.

compared to €163.9 million as of 31 December 2025.

BUSINESS OUTLOOK 2026 opens with a solid first quarter, driven by the broad-based contribution of the main operating areas, the strengthening of the event portfolio and the presence of the biennial exhibition Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, as well as the expansion of the Group's scope following recent external growth transactions. Results also benefit from a stronger-than-expected contribution from activities related to the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, further strengthening performance for the period.

Looking ahead to the rest of the year, 2026 falls within the traditional seasonality cycle of even-numbered years, characterized by the absence of the Group's main biennial events and a consequently less favorable calendar effect compared to 2025. This dynamic is less pronounced than in the past thanks to the rebalancing of the event portfolio and the actions taken in recent years to strengthen the resilience of the operating model. This seasonality will be mitigated by the change in frequency of Tuttofood, the presence of major multi-year and traveling international events (including CPHI and Plast), as well as the contribution of new hosted events, including Mapic, in addition to the consolidation of initiatives launched in 2025, including NetZero Milan and Artigiano in Fiera - Anteprima d'Estate.

The growth path of services and the entertainment business line will also continue, with further development potential starting from 2027, also thanks to the full availability of pavilions 13-15.

During 2026, the integration process of the recent acquisitions of Made in Steel and STIPA will continue, with the aim of enhancing industrial and commercial synergies and further strengthening the Group's competitive positioning.

The macroeconomic and geopolitical environment remains characterized by high volatility, uncertainty and limited predictability. Current analyses suggest that any potential negative impacts on the business are likely to be indirect, particularly relating to the impact of energy costs on energy-intensive industries and the transport sector, inflationary pressures linked to rising energy costs and the potential impact on international mobility flows. Based on the partial nature of the information currently available and the inability to define a clear trajectory for the evolution of the geopolitical outlook, these impacts are expected to remain contained and are not anticipated to materially affect the Group's growth trajectory.

In light of the available evidence, the strong first-quarter performance, the above-expected contribution from Olympic-related activities and the progress in integrating recent acquisitions, the Company has upgraded its guidance for the 2026 financial year, forecasting:

  • Revenues in the range of Euro 380-400 million, compared to the previous range of Euro 305-325 million
  • EBITDA in the range of Euro 100-110 million, compared to the previous range of Euro 90-100 million

As part of its strategic initiatives, the Group expects to present its new Strategic Plan in the first quarter of 2027. This timeline will allow for the incorporation of full-year 2026 results and enhance the reliability of forward-looking assumptions, supported by improved visibility on the geopolitical environment and key macroeconomic and industry trends.
