The newly appointed Board of Directors, composed of Carlo Bonomi, Francesco Conci, Maurizio Dallocchio, Michaela Castelli, Veronica Squinzi, Matteo Bruno Lunelli, Costanza Esclapon De Villeneuve, Maria Luisa Mosconi and Carlo Maria Ferro, assigned the corporate offices until the Shareholders' Meeting to be called to approve the financial statements of Fiera Milano as at 31 December 2028. Francesco Conci was appointed Chief Executive Officer, confirming his role as General Manager of the Company.

Within this framework, we will continue to invest in the development of our exhibition portfolio, in the innovation of formats and in the integration of digital solutions, with the aim of supporting the Group's growth and that of its stakeholders, while promoting sustainable, inclusive development geared toward creating business and networking opportunities throughout the entire duration of the Plan."The Board of Directors verified, with reference to all its members, that there are no causes of ineligibility or incompatibility and that all members meet the requirements of integrity and professionalism set out under the applicable regulations. Furthermore, the Board verified that the directors Carlo Bonomi, Francesco Conci, Maurizio Dallocchio, Michaela Castelli, Veronica Squinzi, Matteo Bruno Lunelli, Costanza Esclapon De Villeneuve, Maria Luisa Mosconi and Carlo Maria Ferro meet the independence requirements established under the Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana and pursuant to Article 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 58/98.
The Board of Directors also appointed the members of the following internal board committees:
- Control and Risk Committee: Chairman Michaela Castelli, members Maria Luisa Mosconi and Maurizio Dallocchio;
- Appointments and Remuneration Committee: Chairman Veronica Squinzi, members Matteo Bruno Lunelli and Michaela Castelli;
- Sustainability Committee: Chairman Maurizio Dallocchio, members Costanza Esclapon De Villeneuve and Carlo Maria Ferro.

Francesco Conci, Chief Executive Officer, and Massimo De Tullio, Chief Financial Officer, are classified as Executives with strategic responsibilities.
