NOTICE OF THE 114TH BOARD MEETING
Notice is hereby given to The Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and the investing public pursuant to The Exchange's Rules that a Board meeting of Fidson Healthcare Plchas been scheduled for Thursday, 27th of March 2025.
One of the items on the agenda is the consideration and approval of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2024.
Accordingly, a closed period to prevent Insiders from trading in the shares of the company has been in force since the 1st of January 2025 in line with the listing rules.
