We are pleased to inform our valued Shareholders that the Interim Cash Dividend (D-30) @ Rs. 1.5 per share i.e. 15% as declared by Faysal Bank Limited for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2025 has been credited directly into the respective International BankAccount Number(tBAN) of the Shareholders onNovember 14, 2025.

As per directions of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Bank has withheld payment of dividend of those Shareholders whohave not provided valid IBAN.

Shareholders are requested to provide their valid IBAN to your Participant I CDC Investor Account Services (in case your shareholding.is in book entry form) or to Bank's Share Registrar (in case of physical shareholding) along with legible copy of their valid CNIC at following address:

Shareholders may access CCDR via https'//csp.cdcaccess oom pk in addition, the Dividend, Tax & Zakat Deduction Report can also be obtained directly from participant (Stockbroker) which has been provided to them on their CDS terminals. Moreover, shareholders may also receive copy of this report on their provided email addresses.

The Shareholders holding Pakistan Origin Card and having the same updated in the CDS record or the Shareholder who have mentioned their passport numbers only will receive the dividends subsequent to the initlal payment cycle by Central Depository System.

In case of non-receipt of the above dividend, the Shareholders are requested lo contact our Share Registrar in writing whilst mentioning their Folio or CDC Account Number.
