In accordance with Sechons 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, we hereby convey the following material information:
Fast Cables Limited has successfully completed the consolidation of its Unit 1 at 7-Canal Bank, Main Jallo Road, Harbans Pura with Unit 2 at Ijtama Chowk, Sundar Industrial Road, Raiwind, Lahore. This strategic initiative is part of the ongoing efforts of the Company to enhance operational efficiency and optimize its manufacturing footprint following recent capacity expansion and modernization.
The integration of both units into a single, coordinated manufacturing operation has streamlined production processes, improved resource utilization, and strengthened operational alignment. The consolidation is expected to deliver annual cost savings of approximately PKR 100 million going forward, along with improved quality assurance, faster production cycles, and enhanced overall efficiency across the value chain.
With the consolidation now fully implemented, the Company is well positioned to support increased production volumes, meet growing customer demand more reliably, and sustain operational excellence. This initiative reflects the continued focus of the Company on efficiency, disciplined growth, and long term value creation for stakeholders.
